About the team

You’d be joining a global Learning & Talent function that supports 5,500+ employees. The team delivers learning solutions in areas like leadership development, professional skills, compliance training, DE&I, sustainability, and business change. The digital design team works as an in-house creative function, solving business challenges through design thinking and innovative digital learning solutions.

The role

This is a hands-on creative role within a multidisciplinary design team where you'll help design engaging learning experiences and digital assets that support global business initiatives.

You’ll be involved across the full design process, from research and ideation through to prototyping and production, creating solutions that are visually strong, user-focused, and performance-driven.

  • Strong graphic design + multimedia production skills
  • Video creation/editing skills
  • Experience creating digital learning content
  • Understanding of UX design and human-centred design
  • Confidence working with stakeholders and influencing decisions
  • Great communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and a leading e-learning authoring tool
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness and timely delivery

What you’ll be doing

  • Graphic Design
  • Creating other multimedia assets such as infographics, animation, video, graphics
  • Designing and building interactive digital learning using tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise or Elucidat
  • Applying UX and design thinking principles to learning and digital experiences
  • Working with subject matter experts to shape content into clear, engaging learning
  • Building internal SharePoint pages and digital resources
  • Writing/editing copy for clarity and impact
  • Advising stakeholders on best practice learning design
  • Designing for a global, culturally diverse audience, ensuring accessibility and inclusion
