Start date - w/c 14th September

We’re looking for an experienced eLearning Developer to join a specialist professional and training organisation on an initial 6-month contract, supporting the development of a new digital learning offering for its members.

The organisation operates within a regulated, professional and vocational environment, providing training, guidance and industry standards to a large membership community. They are currently investing in their digital learning provision and are looking for someone who can take ownership of the development of engaging, high-quality online training content.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for an eLearning Developer who enjoys working closely with subject matter experts and can take learning content from initial concept through to a fully developed, LMS-ready module.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing engaging, interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline

  • Producing and testing SCORM-compliant learning packages
  • Building and integrating digital learning content into an LMS
  • Working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate technical and specialist information into effective learning content
  • Supporting the wider Training & Education team with additional digital learning and content projects where required
  • Taking ownership of your workload and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and within agreed timescales
  • Testing and quality-checking content to ensure a smooth learner experience

We’re looking for someone who can work independently and hit the ground running, with strong hands-on experience developing digital learning.

You’ll have:

  • Strong Articulate Storyline experience
  • Proven experience developing eLearning and multimedia content
  • Experience creating and packaging SCORM files
  • Experience building or uploading learning content into an LMS
  • Experience working with SMEs and turning complex or specialist information into clear, engaging learning
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality
  • A proactive, reliable and self-starting approach

Experience working within a professional body, membership organisation, regulated industry, vocational training provider, awarding body or similar environment would be particularly valuable, especially where you have developed learning for a professional or specialist audience.

If you're immediately available or coming to the end of a current contract and have strong Storyline development experience, we'd be keen to hear from you.
