Salary: £38,000 - £40,500

Location: Central London – 2 days on-site, 3 days remote

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, collaborative education team responsible for delivering high-quality online learning to a professional membership community.

As an LMS & eLearning Specialist, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the organisation’s learning platform (Moodle Workplace), ensuring the system runs smoothly and continues to support engaging online education. You will be responsible for launching courses, managing cohorts and enrolments, maintaining platform functionality, and supporting users with technical queries.

Alongside LMS administration, you will also contribute to the development of digital learning content. Working from scripts and templates, you will build courses using authoring tools, edit multimedia content, and help ensure courses are accessible, engaging, and effective for learners.

You will work closely with the Content Lead and wider education team, supporting the delivery of new learning products while acting as the day-to-day custodian of the learning platform.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS), including course launches, enrolments, and platform updates
  • Experience extracting and analysing LMS data and reporting
  • Experience building digital learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate or Rise
  • Understanding of digital learning design principles and bite-sized learning formats
  • Ability to provide technical support to LMS users and troubleshoot common issues
  • Experience editing multimedia learning assets such as video, audio, and subtitles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality learning content

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with Moodle Workplace
  • Exposure to LMS eCommerce plugins
