Digital Transformation Lead

London (3 days onsite)
£80,000 – £90,000 + benefits

You’ll be joining a well-established investment banking environment that’s pushing hard on digital transformation, with a particular focus on AI adoption and improving how the business operates day-to-day… not just at a strategy level, but in real workflows, real teams, real outcomes.

This isn’t a pure strategy role. And it’s not buried in delivery either.

You’ll be:

• Leading change across digital and AI-led transformation initiatives
• Working closely with senior stakeholders to shape and roll out change programmes
• Coaching business leads through transformation… helping them actually adopt new ways of working
• Supporting and guiding more junior team members within the transformation function
• Driving initiatives aimed at improving efficiency (including areas like recruitment and internal processes)
• Acting as the bridge between technology, operations and the wider business

Some of it will be structured. Some of it won’t.

You’ve probably done this before… or something very close to it.

• Strong background in digital or business transformation
• Proven experience in change management / organisational change
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and challenging where needed
• Experience driving technology or AI adoption (even if it wasn’t labelled as “AI”)
• Ability to coach, influence and bring people with you
• Experience within financial services or a complex corporate environment helps

You don’t need to tick every box on paper… but you do need to be someone who can take ownership and move things forward.
