Infrastructure Engineer

Join a dynamic team servicing a diverse range of customers from various business sectors. As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative Cloud Solutions for both new and existing customers.

• Troubleshooting: Address and resolve system and network issues, providing solutions for hardware and software failures.
• Support: Deliver 3rd Line level support to our clients.
• Microsoft 365: Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 environments.

• Expertise in:
  • O365 and Azure (IaaS)
  • Designing and implementing Windows Server technologies, including virtualization

• Desirable Skills/Experience:
  • MSP experience
  • Helpdesk/IT support (telephone/remote support) experience
  • Professional certifications in Microsoft 365 or Azure (or currently working towards)
  • Knowledge of firewall and network security technologies
  • Experience with Hyper-V, VMWare, SAN, NAS
  • Microsoft 365 administration/migrations
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, including routing, VLAN, VPN, and wireless
  • Experience with VOIP telephony systems
  • Automation and scripting using PowerShell
  • Cyber security experience and familiarity with Cyber Essentials certification protocols
