Quality Assurance Engineer - Cardiff

We’re hiring a QA Engineer to join a growing digital engineering team working on modern platforms like .NET, Angular, and Power Platform. You’ll take the lead on improving test automation, shaping quality processes, and ensuring robust software delivery across both public-facing and internal systems.
The RoleYou’ll work closely with developers, solutions leads, and stakeholders to:

Build and maintain automated test suites using C# and modern frameworks

Create and run test plans (manual & automated)

Support regression testing and release processes

Improve test coverage, spot gaps, and promote QA best practice

Drive quality-first thinking in a collaborative team
Must-haves:

3+ years QA experience
-
Automation skills in C# (.NET)

JavaScript/TypeScript scripting for testing

Experience creating structured test documentation
-
Confident spotting areas for process improvement
Nice to have:

Azure exposure
-
CI/CD pipeline awareness
-
SQL basics
-
Familiarity with version control systems

AI testing tools (a bonus, not a blocker)
