The Role:

  • Senior regional sales leadership position reporting into EMEA leadership
  • Responsible for leading and developing a team of 5–8 enterprise sales professionals
  • Core focus on driving net new ARR and achieving regional growth targets
  • Hands-on leadership across complex enterprise deals and strategic opportunities
  • Implementing structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC, Challenger)
  • Building pipeline discipline and establishing a strong operating cadence
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, channel, product, and BDR teams
  • Ownership of regional planning, forecasting, and performance management
  • Hiring and scaling high-performing sales talent
  • Acting as a market-facing leader and contributing to regional thought leadership
  • Requires cybersecurity experience, enterprise sales background, and startup exposure
  • Travel expected (~20–30%)
