Due to strong growth across EMEA, they are looking to hire an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to manage and develop relationships with large enterprise customers across the UK.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
  • Drive platform adoption and customer value
  • Focus on retention, upsell and renewal
  • Lead success planning and executive reviews
  • Partner with Sales and Solutions teams on growth opportunities

  • Enterprise CSM / TAM experience in cybersecurity
