Lead Full Stack Developer (Next.js / React) - Build Greenfield Platforms UK-Based | Hybrid | Up to £110,000Overview:I’m working with a global brand that’s going through a major digital transformation and investing heavily in modern, cloud-native technology. They’re looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer (Next.js / React) to help build greenfield, high-performance platforms used by globally recognised clients. This is a chance to work on scalable, modern systems and genuinely influence both the technical direction and engineering culture.Responsibilities:

• Building production-grade applications using Next.js, React & TypeScript
• Designing and developing APIs (REST / GraphQL)
• Working across the full stack – frontend, backend, and cloud
• Owning features end-to-end (design build deploy)
• Contributing to architecture and best practices
• Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams

What they’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ software development experience
• Strong Next. xehkeey js / React / TypeScript background
• Experience building scalable web applications
• Solid understanding of SSR, SSG & frontend performance
• API development experience (REST or GraphQL)
• Cloud exposure (AWS preferred) + Docker
• Strong fundamentals ( DNS, etc.)
• Experience Leading Software Engineering teams 

Bonus points for:

• Go or C# backend experience
• Microservices / DevOps / CI/CD exposure
• Terraform / infrastructure as code
• Auth systems (OAuth, JWT, SSO)
