Overview
We are looking for a Business Change Manager to lead the adoption of improved Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Change Management processes within ServiceNow. This role is with a leading financial services company, offering the chance to influence enterprise-level transformation and embed best practices across complex environments.

Role & Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of CMDB and Change Management processes in ServiceNow.
• Deliver training programs to ensure stakeholders understand and adopt new processes effectively.
• Develop and manage change communications to promote engagement and clarity.
• Provide hands-on support to stakeholders, fostering ownership of data quality and compliance.
• Embed governance and accountability frameworks to maintain high standards of integrity and process adherence.
• Act as a trusted advisor for change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in business change management within large, complex organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly CMDB and Change Management modules.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and governance frameworks.
• Ability to design and deliver effective training and change communications.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Rate & Duration

• 700 - 730 Per Day (PAYE including on costs)
• Hybrid (London)
• 4 Months (Extensions extremely likely)
