What you'll be doing
- Leading and developing Technical Support and Field Service teams
- Acting as the senior technical escalation point for complex customer and operational issues
- Driving SLA performance, service quality and customer satisfaction
- Managing installation quality, audits, and technical standards
- Working with OEMs, dealer groups and third-party installation partners
- Monitoring device performance and operational KPIs to improve reliability and service delivery
- Implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence
- Supporting compliance, certification activities and technical governance
- Proven leadership experience within Technical Operations, Technical Support, Engineering, Service Delivery or Field Service Management
- Strong knowledge of telematics, connected vehicles, GPS/GNSS, CAN Bus, vehicle electrical systems, remote diagnostics and vehicle integration
- Experience managing technical teams and third-party service providers
- A data-driven approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Auto-electrical qualifications or equivalent automotive electrical experience desirable
- Full UK driving licence
