A leading global investment bank is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead critical End-of-Life (EOL), infrastructure lifecycle, and system decommissioning initiatives within a highly regulated environment.
This is a high-impact role supporting technology risk remediation and investment change across enterprise infrastructure platforms. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, governance teams, and Head Office to ensure EOL exposure is reduced and systems are decommissioned in line with policy and risk frameworks.
Key responsibilities:
• End-to-end delivery of small-to-medium IT investment projects and infrastructure workstreams
• Leading EOL remediation and system decommissioning initiatives across complex environments
• Producing project charters, plans, RAID logs, budgets, and Steering Committee materials
• Coordinating deployment and release activities
• Managing vendors, SOWs, SLAs, and third-party delivery
• Ensuring accurate EOL logging and reporting across Archer, Orbus, and ServiceNow
• Providing structured input into Technology Risk dashboards and governance reporting
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years’ IT Project Management experience
• Strong background in EOL remediation and infrastructure/system decommissioning
• Experience within financial services or similarly regulated environments
• Strong understanding of technology governance and risk frameworks
• Familiarity with Archer, Orbus, ServiceNow or similar governance tools
• Confident communicator able to engage C-Suite and senior stakeholders
• PMP, APM or equivalent certification desirable
This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused PM who thrives in high-pressure banking environments and understands the complexity of lifecycle management and technology risk.
