An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Change Consulting Manager to join a leading technology transformation consultancy, supporting Aerospace, Defence & Secure (ADS) clients.

This role will place you at the heart of technology-enabled change programmes, working with senior stakeholders to deliver best-practice Business Change Transformation (BCM) in highly secure environments.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading strategic business change initiatives aligned with digital/IT transformation objectives.
• Designing and embedding robust operating models and business processes (Lean/Six Sigma).
• Driving Business Process Design, Re-engineering and Continuous Improvement.
• Balancing business and technical requirements with strong governance.
• Engaging stakeholders to ensure alignment, adoption, and sustainable change.

What you’ll bring:

• Active MOD DV clearance (essential).
• APMG Business Change Management certification.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, technology-led transformation.
• Experience supporting bids/proposals for consulting assignments.
• Exposure to Defence Digital programmes highly desirable.
