Sales Development Representative

Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Up to £35,000 + Commission (OTE £60k) – Chigwell (Essex) – Hybrid – RecTech

Overview:

A market leading SaaS organisation operating within the RecTech space are searching for an experienced SDR to join one of their growing teams in Essex on a hybrid basis.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify target prospects within the recruitment and staffing industry.
  • Proactively reach out via calls, emails, and social channels to generate new leads and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Understand customer pain points and effectively communicate how the product can address them.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimise lead generation strategies and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activity and pipeline management in CRM tools.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly activity and meeting targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, recruitment marketing, or selling into the recruitment industry (agency or tech side).
  • Strong understanding of how recruitment agencies and talent acquisition teams operate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - confident engaging decision-makers at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, etc.) is a plus.

Package:

  • £28,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary
  • 10% Commission on converted leads
  • OTE £50,000 - £60,000
  • Hybrid Working
