UKG Solutions Architect

UKG Pro WFM Technology & Solution Architect | Contract | Fully Remote | Up to £850 per day

We’re seeking a UKG Pro WFM Technology & Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end solution architecture for a major workforce management transformation programme.

This is a key leadership role focused on UKG Pro WFM architecture, integration strategy, environment governance and enterprise workforce technology design.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end UKG Pro WFM solution architecture
• Lead technical design across Time & Attendance, Scheduling and Absence
• Define integration patterns, data flows and non-functional requirements
• Own environment strategy, release governance and deployment standards
• Support technical issue resolution and architecture reviews
• Work closely with Integration, Configuration and Data teams

Key Experience

• Strong experience architecting UKG Pro WFM solutions
• Extensive workforce management and payroll systems experience
• Strong integration and enterprise data-flow knowledge
• Experience with middleware platforms including Boomi, MuleSoft or CPI
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
