Our trusted client, a long-standing partner of over seven years, is seeking a Business Systems Manager to take ownership of critical Adult & Children's Social Care systems. This is a key leadership role, driving system performance, transformation, and service improvement across a local authority environment.

The Role

  • Lead a team of 5-10 across systems delivery & support
  • Own the full system life cycle (implementation optimisation performance)
  • Drive systems strategy, transformation, and continuous improvement
  • Manage stakeholders, suppliers, and budgets
  • Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and fit for purpose
Key Systems (Experience Required)
  • Adult Social Care systems (eg Liquidlogic, Mosaic, CareFirst)
  • Children's Social Care systems
  • Case management & workflow platforms
  • Integration with wider council systems (finance, CRM, etc.)
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience managing social care systems within a local authority
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder, and supplier management skills
  • Experience working in ITIL/Agile/PRINCE2 environments
  • Track record delivering within complex public sector organisations
