Data Coordinator

The Data Operations Coordinator plays a key role within the Data and Platforms Team, supporting the full lifecycle of data processing, coordination, and maintenance activities that are critical to business operations. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, maintaining system performance, and facilitating seamless collaboration between business stakeholders and technical platforms. The Coordinator executes data-related tasks, oversees system upkeep, and provides stakeholder support in alignment with both global and local operational requirements of the business.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Processing and Quality Management

Manages the day-to-day data processing operations including Data Change Requests (DCRs), sales mappings, and data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across all business systems.

Coordinates account creation and maintenance activities in Veeva CRM, conducting routine data maintenance in Veeva CRM and Gecco to uphold data quality standards.

Stakeholder Liaison and Communication

Serves as the primary liaison between the Customer Excellence (CE) team, Sales, and other relevant departments to address data-related queries and issues in a timely and effective manner.

Monitors and responds to inquiries received in designated generic mailboxes, ensuring prompt resolution and appropriate escalation where necessary.

System Expertise and User Support

Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Veeva CRM and Gecco systems, providing expert guidance and support to users across the organisation.

Manages CRM users including territory maintenance in Veeva Align and Veeva CRM to ensure alignment with organisational needs and structure changes.

Reporting and Documentation

Generates and distributes reports in Veeva CRM to track Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provides insights to support business decision-making across the wider AH Business.

Maintains documentation in Veeva Vault, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Experience with CRM systems and data management

Stakeholder management and communication skills

Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Highly computer literate in MS Office packages, particularly Excel

Understanding of data validation and quality assurance processes

Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment

Strong organizational and prioritisation skills

Experience with ticketing systems and issue tracking
