Main duties of the job
As a Management Accountant at CLEO Systems, you will be essential in providing precise and timely financial information to aid strategic and operational decision-making. This role involves working closely with the Group finance team, operational teams, and senior leadership to promote strong financial governance and effective planning. The position is well-suited for someone analytical, proactive, and eager to mold financial processes in a growing tech setting. Ideal candidates will have excellent analytical abilities, are passionate about building processes, and have experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot. CLEO Systems values team players who can operate independently and thrive in pressure-oriented environments. The role offers hybrid work, with no more than two days weekly in the Ashford office, and a salary up to £55,000 annually.
