Main duties of the job
CLEO Systems is seeking a Service Desk Assistant to contribute to its mission of simplifying connected care through innovative software solutions. This role involves supporting the CLEO Product Portfolio, managing tickets, monitoring systems proactively, and responding to customer queries within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a positive attitude to drive business growth and support the organisation's expansion. Candidates must also provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK, complete a satisfactory basic DBS disclosure, and supply two references. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing and mission-driven team as CLEO Systems enters a new phase of growth and expansion.

Location Hybrid (Ashford, Kent- Remote options available)
Hours Available 37.5 hours per week, (Monday-Friday), there are two alternate shifts covered between 08:00-16:00 & 10:00-18:00
Term 12 weeks fixed term contract

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude are essential. Proof of eligibility to work in the UK, completion of a satisfactory basic DBS disclosure, and two references are required.
