Regional Sales Manager - United Kingdom

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager – United Kingdom to join our high‐performing international Sales team. This role is well suited to a motivated, commercially driven sales professional looking to take the next step in their career, with the opportunity to grow, develop, and build long‐term customer relationships while representing a globally respected brand.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers across the United Kingdom, including system integrators, consultants, and end users. With a clear commercial focus, you’ll support regional revenue growth by working towards sales targets and helping to expand ICT’s UK market presence, confidently communicating our value proposition and competitive strengths.
You’ll build a solid understanding of the installed customer base, identifying opportunities for expansion and upsell, while supporting and managing sales cycles from opportunity through to close. Maintaining good CRM discipline, including opportunity management, quotations, and activity tracking will be an important part of your day‐to‐day role.
Working closely with internal lead generation, technical, and ops teams, you’ll help maintain a healthy pipeline and contribute to forecasting, reporting, and sales insights. You’ll also represent ICT at UK‐based industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings, support Quarterly Business Reviews, and assist with solution design when required, using a consultative, value‐led approach to selling.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within technology, security, or B2B solutions
- Exposure to consultative, value‐led sales methodologies
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‐building skills
- Confidence engaging with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders
- A proactive, self‐driven mindset with good organisation, accountability, and follow‐through
You’ll be an enthusiastic and commercially minded sales professional who is comfortable working independently while being supported by an international team. A full driving licence, valid passport, and willingness to travel within the United Kingdom, with occasional international travel to support the wider EMEA team as required.
