Stock Systems & Inventory Coordinator
Monday to Friday | Temp to Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Stock Systems & Inventory Coordinator to help a busy business implement and embed a new Rubicon stock management system.

- Check system stock against physical stock and investigate any discrepancies
- Carry out stock checks, reconciliations and regular audits
- Identify and resolve system and stock anomalies
- Monitor stock movements from goods-in through production to final despatch
- Work closely with warehouse, production and despatch teams to ensure stock is accurately recorded and allocated
- Help identify process issues and put practical solutions in place
- Assist different departments to ensure the new system is being used correctly
- Quickly investigate and resolve any discrepancies between system records and physical stock
- Help improve stock accuracy and ensure the new system becomes fully embedded within the business
