We're looking for a Build Engineer to join a high-performing Service Desk team supporting clients across the financial and regulated sectors. In this role, you'll play a critical part in delivering new user setups, device builds, and seamless onboarding experiences across diverse environments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and configuring Windows devices using Microsoft Intune & Autopilot
- Provisioning users in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Ensuring compliance with asset management and operational processes
- Improving and automating build and deployment workflows
- Ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for clients and end users
You'll work with world-class technologies, modern cloud platforms, and an outstanding technical team—ideal for anyone passionate about both tech and continuous improvement.
What You'll Need
- Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment
- 3+ years in service desk, workstation deployment, or similar role
- Hands-on expertise with Intune, Autopilot, AD, Entra ID/Azure AD
- Strong documentation habits and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A structured, process-led approach to delivery
