Full Stack Engineer

Role: Full-Stack Developer (Python/Django + React/Flutter)

I am looking for a Full-Stack Developer who thrives in startup-like environments and wants to work on meaningful products. You’ll play a central role in building a digital ecosystem that connects field teams, contractors, clients, and logistics to ensure essential services reach the people and places that need them most.

You’ll work directly with ex-Google engineers and product leaders to transform outdated, manual processes into a cutting-edge, scalable platform.

Your Responsibilities:

• Product development: Take ownership of features from concept to deployment across web and mobile apps.
• Frontend & backend engineering: Build robust, responsive interfaces in React/Flutter, and scalable APIs with Django/Python.
• Team collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Product and Engineering Lead in a highly communicative, remote-first environment.
• Problem solving: Bring initiative and pragmatism to challenges in logistics, scheduling, operations, and data visibility.
• Platform evolution: Contribute to the roadmap as the platform grows into AI, machine learning, and advanced data services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in modern frontend or full-stack development (React, Flutter, Django, Python).
• Ability to take ideas from scratch through to production with minimal oversight.
• Comfortable operating in lean, high-autonomy environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for building tech that matters.

It’s A Bonus If You Have:

• Experience working with logistics, operations, or infrastructure platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud-native tooling and DevOps practices.
• Interest in data science, machine learning, or operational analytics.
