Full Stack Developer (React / Python) – Greenfield Compliance Platform

Location: London (Hybrid or Remote within the UK)

Are you a frontend-focused Full Stack Developer ready to bring clean, responsive, and scalable UIs to life in a high-impact fintech product?

Join a high-performing innovation team building a brand-new compliance and transaction monitoring platform from the ground up. This is a greenfield project with a long-term roadmap, including upcoming integration of AI, ML, and global expansion features.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Taking the lead on frontend development using React and TypeScript , creating modular and accessible components from FIGMA designs.
• Collaborating closely with backend engineers to integrate API functionality into the UI.
• Supporting backend services development using Python (FastAPI) and contributing to API schema design and implementation.
• Building a high-performance, user-friendly experience across internal and external-facing applications.
• Working with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure fast, reliable deployment pipelines.

Tech Stack:

• Frontend : React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS
• Backend : Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, Pydantic)
• DevOps & Infra : Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, KEDA
• Testing : PyTest, TypeScript testing frameworks

About You:

• 1–4 years' experience in a frontend or full stack role with a strong emphasis on UI/UX.
• Confident building accessible and responsive UIs with modern frameworks.
• Comfortable working with backend APIs and writing Python when needed.
• Experience working in agile teams and a passion for clean, scalable code.
• A 2:1 degree or higher in a STEM subject (or equivalent experience).
• Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a strong user focus.
