Information Technology Support Engineer

We're partnering with a well-established Managed Service Provider based in Birmingham that supports a diverse client base across professional services, manufacturing, and construction.
You'll be part of a close-knit technical team delivering first-class support, project work, and on-site installations for SME clients across the Midlands.
The Role:
- Provide 1st–2nd Line technical support via phone, email, and remote tools
- Manage tickets through to resolution, escalating complex issues when required
- Install and configure workstations, servers, and network devices
- Assist with Microsoft 365 migrations, Azure AD, and Intune deployments
- Support site visits for client projects and IT audits
About You:
- Background working for an MSP or IT service provider
- Confident supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VLANs)
- Experience with Azure, Intune, or RMM tools (e.g. NinjaOne, Atera, ConnectWise) beneficial
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
