Information Technology Support Engineer

Were partnering with a well-established Managed Service Provider based in Manchester where youll be part of a close-knit technical team delivering first-class support, project work, and on-site installations for SME clients across the Midlands.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Deliver 2nd Line support remotely and on client sites
  • Resolve escalated incidents across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments
  • Maintain and monitor client networks, routers, and firewalls
  • Deploy laptops, servers, and cloud services for new client projects
  • Document technical processes and contribute to continuous improvement

Key Skills:

  • Experience in an MSP or IT services environment
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and networking concepts
  • Familiarity with VMware/Hyper-V and backup solutions (Veeam, Datto)
  • Full UK driving licence (client site visits required)
  • Desire to progress into project delivery or infrastructure roles
