We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst & Financial Planning Consultant to partner directly with the CFO of a rapidly scaling organisation. This is a high-impact role where you’ll design and execute a digital leap—moving beyond Excel-driven systems into a world of AI-powered tools, enterprise-grade data architecture, and real-time insights.

What You’ll Do

✨ Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO, defining and executing a digital transformation roadmap.

✨ Reverse-engineer legacy Excel tools into scalable, intelligent financial and operational systems.

✨ Lead the selection and deployment of enterprise-grade software solutions, including ERP, RMS, and BI platforms.

✨ Build and maintain management dashboards, data repositories, and cross-functional BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).

✨ Establish robust data governance, integration protocols, and change management practices.

✨ Drive adoption of new tools across finance, operations, and commercial teams.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 7–10 years’ experience in business analysis, financial planning, or digital transformation.

✅ Proven track record in a Big 4 firm, top-tier consultancy, or leading IT services provider.

✅ Hands-on expertise with ERP systems, RMS, BI tools, and enterprise data architecture.

✅ Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with a deep understanding of AI and digital tools.

✅ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
