We’ve proven early product–market fit and are now scaling.

We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer who wants real ownership and a clear path into technical leadership, with genuine progression to Head of Technology.

What You’ll Do

• Design and ship AI and LLM-powered features (OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Build scalable backend systems in Python and Django
• Lead technical design and evolve system architecture
• Manage third-party integrations (payments, messaging, supplier APIs)
• Improve performance, reliability, and security
• Mentor a junior developer and raise engineering standards

Tech Stack: Python, Django, PostgreSQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTMX

Heroku, GitHub Actions

You’ll Need

• 3–5 years professional software development experience
• Strong Python and Django experience
• Hands-on LLM API integration experience
• Solid relational database knowledge
• Cloud deployment experience (Heroku or AWS ideal)
• Based in London, hybrid (3 days in South West London office)
• Right to work in the UK
