Technology Lead, Electronics and Software (Defence Role)

Join a multidisciplinary team delivering advanced electronics, software and systems solutions for Defence & Security customers. You'll provide technical leadership across complex product development projects, working closely with engineers, scientists and government stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead technical delivery of electronics and software projects
Drive system architecture and requirements definition
Work directly with clients and key stakeholders
Support bids, proposals and customer engagement
Deliver innovative solutions across the full product lifecycle
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering team
Requirements
Degree in Electronics, Software, Physics or a related discipline
Experience leading or contributing to complex product development projects
Strong background in:
Embedded Software
Electronics Design (RF/High-Speed)
FPGA Development
Understanding of Linux, networking and cybersecurity fundamentals.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
Defence or Security industry experience.
UK Security Clearance eligibility
Consultancy experience
NPI / Design for Manufacture experience
MOD or DSTL exposure
