Role Overview

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer Consultant, you will play a key role in updating and improving our existing cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS). You’ll work on both front-end and back-end development, collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain features for our LMS platform using modern technologies.

· Collaborate with designers, QA, and other developers to ensure seamless functionality.

· Optimise performance and scalability as we transition toward microservices architecture.

· Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

· Front-End: 3+ years experience with React with Next.js

· Back-End: 5+ years experience with .NET (C#), SQL Server, Stored Procedures

· Experience with Coding Design Patterns.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

· Ability to work independently and remotely within the UK.

Nice-to-Have:

· Familiarity with LMS platforms or eLearning technologies.

· Insight into the Learning & Development sector

· Knowledge of cloud services and deployment strategies.

· Monthly consultancy rate - £7.5K p/month
