We’re hiring an AI Client Onboarding & Adoption Lead / AI Customer Success & Enablement Lead/ Client AI Training & Adoption Manager for a fast-growing b2b2c SaaS start-up. Their AI-powered learning platform helps companies train their employees to use AI effectively in their everyday work. Designed to make AI practical, approachable, and empowering, the platform enables teams to unlock tangible business value from AI technologies.
They're a small but growing team, including two founders, one of whom previously built and successfully sold a business for $110M.
The Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, client-facing professional to lead AI adoption and onboarding. You’ll work directly with clients, showing them how to use the platform, guiding their teams, and ensuring adoption delivers real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and guide clients on using the AI platform.
- Design and run programs that drive adoption across client organisations.
- Act as the main point of contact for client engagement and support.
- Work closely with executives to demonstrate the business value of AI.
- Provide feedback to improve the platform based on client needs.
Key Experience:
- 7+ years in customer success, training, or enablement (SaaS experience helpful).
- Strong understanding of AI and ability to explain it to business leaders.
- Confident engaging with c-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on, consultative, and able to travel to client sites.
- Commercially aware, bridging AI capability with business outcomes.
