A rapidly growing b2b enterprise SaaS technology company, revolutionising R&D processes across industries like chemicals, advanced materials, and biotech, is seeking a dynamic Head of Demand Generation (B2B). This is an exciting opportunity to help build and scale their marketing function from the ground up. The role offers autonomy in designing a data-driven acquisition strategy to support sales and drive growth.
We’re seeking a high-output demand generation leader focused on rapid growth and pipeline impact. The ideal candidate will leverage automation, AI, and LLMs to build efficient, scalable lead generation systems with a lean operating model. The emphasis is on high-volume, revenue-driving demand generation and measurable commercial impact.
This is a full-time permanent remote role, reporting directly to the CEO. There will be occasional to New York.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns, from creative development to automated nurturing and sales handoff.
• Manage and allocate marketing budget across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Bing, and other channels.
• Lead SEO & AEO initiatives to improve visibility and search rankings.
• Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target enterprise-level R&D organisations.
• Analyse and optimise data to track pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and multi-touch attribution.
Required Experience:
- You must have at least 2-3 years of experience leading demand generation or growth initiatives at an enterprise B2B SaaS company, with proven success in automating marketing processes.
- You must have experience as a first marketing hire or setting up the marketing function almost from scratch.
