Head of Product Design | AI Healthcare | £110-130k + Equity | Fully Remote

We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Head of Product Design to join a rapidly scaling AI-driven healthcare startup transforming how patients access treatment.

The Head of Product Design will play a key role in shaping product experience across mobile, web and internal clinical tools, leading the design function.

Location: Fully Remote

Salary Package: £110-130k + equity

The Head of Product Design will report directly into the Head of Product, working closely with Engineering, CX teams and managing 2 product designers.

The Head of Product Design will:

• Evolve the design experience across customer-facing products and internal platforms
• Revamp design across mobile, web and internal tools
• Build and implement a design system to ensure consistency across products
• Manage 2 Product Designers to improve user experience

The Head of Product Design must have:

• B2C experience ideally within regulated industries
• Hands on product design experience across mobile, web and internal tools 0-1
• Experience with implementing design systems
• Strong UX experience and understanding
• Managed product designers
