Head of Product | AI SaaS | £75-80k + 50% Bonus + Equity | Fully Remote

A high-growth SaaS startup is looking for a hands-on Head of Product to build, scale and eventually sell/exit a platform transforming the tax and accounting industry through AI.

With a clear 3-year growth strategy and ambitions for a meaningful exit, the business is automating complex workflows that traditionally take hours of manual effort, creating a product that's aiming to be 10x better than anything else in the market.

Package: £75-80k + 50% Bonus + Equity (EMI)

Location: Fully Remote

Working directly with the founders and engineering team, you'll own product strategy, roadmap, and execution as the business enters its next phase of growth.

The Head of Product will be responsible for:

Owning product strategy, roadmap, and prioritisation.

Driving AI-led innovation and new product development.

Building scalable product processes and operations.

Working closely with engineering on scalability, architecture, and technical debt.

Speaking to customers, validating opportunities, and bringing ideas to market quickly.

The Head of Product must have:

Built and scaled successful B2B SaaS products.

Experience in AI, automation, or data-led software businesses.

A start-up mentality and builder mindset.

Strong understanding of scalability, product operations, and growth.

Experience in FinTech, RegTech, TaxTech, or other regulated markets is a bonus.
