Product Manager | £70-80k + 20% Bonus | Private Equity Platform | London (Hybrid)

A high-growth AI-enabled technology business working with private equity firms, advisers and C-suite leaders globally is hiring a Product Manager to scale its next-generation workflow and data platform. You’ll help shape intelligent automation, matching capabilities and operational tooling in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Salary Package: £70-80k + 20% Bonus + Benefits

Location: London (Hybrid, 3 Days a week in-office)

Over the past two years, the business has built a platform that now sits at the centre of its operations, powering workflows, CRM processes, operational delivery and data-led decision making across the company. With major investment recently made into Engineering and platform scalability, the Product Manager will be focused on embedding AI-driven automation, improving internal workflow functionality and building the foundations for a future client-facing product.

The Product Manager will:

Own the roadmap, prioritisation and delivery of key platform features and improvements.

Work closely with Engineering and Data teams to build scalable AI-enabled workflows, automation and matching capabilities.

Translate operational and commercial needs into clear product solutions, driving discovery, iteration and continuous platform improvement.

Improve workflow efficiency, usability and adoption while helping evolve internal tooling into future client-facing products.

Partner directly with senior leadership and stakeholders across Product, commercial and operations.

The Product Manager must have:

Proven Product Manager or Senior Product Manager experience within fast-paced technology environments.

Strong end-to-end product ownership across discovery, prioritisation and delivery.

Highly execution-focused with experience working closely with Engineering teams on testing, iteration and scalable product delivery.

Background building workflow-led, data-rich or AI-enabled products in operationally complex environments.

Strong stakeholder management, communication and commercially minded problem-solving skills.

An interest in practical AI/LLM applications, automation and workflow optimisation.
