Product Manager

Product Manager | B2B Airline Software (Enterprise SaaS) | £70-85k + Company Bonus | Remote

Our client is a growing B2B SaaS technology business helping airlines and airports improve how their customers' experience. As they shift towards a more product-led model, they are hiring a Product Manager to own a key passenger engagement product area and turn customer problems into commercially valuable products.

This is a full-time permanent fully remote job with monthly team meet-ups. This role reports into the Product Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product strategy, roadmap and commercial outcomes for the passenger engagement portfolio.

• Identify customer problems and market opportunities, then validate them through research, data, prototypes and customer testing.

• Build business cases and make clear decisions about what to build and why.

• Work closely with customers, prospects, Commercial and Engineering to take products from idea through to launch.

• Define product requirements, success metrics and KPIs, and measure whether products are delivering commercial and customer value.

• Drive new business, cross-sell and upsell through new product development.

• Use AI to improve product discovery, research, requirements and customer insight.

Essential Experience:

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience in B2B enterprise SaaS, ideally in travel, aviation, passenger technology or B2B2C technology.
  • 1+ years working with international customers.
  • Has actually owned products and commercial outcomes, not just managed a backlog or written requirements.
  • Is commercial and entrepreneurial — can spot opportunities, build a business case and decide what is worth building.
  • Can work closely with Engineering and Commercial, rather than handing requirements over to BAs.
  • AI experience is a bonus, but they explicitly do not want to hire purely for AI/chatbot experience.

We are not considering PMs who are more PO/Bas – those who manage tickets and roadmaps but hasn't actually owned the product direction and commercial outcome.
