A fast-growing, PE-backed management learning and development provider is looking for a VP Sales / Senior Sales Director to lead and develop a team of 25 across Sales and Customer Success, while playing a key role in strategic enterprise opportunities and major bids.

Salary: £130-150k + 80% Bonus + Benefits

As part of its continued growth, the company is evolving beyond a traditional L&D provider into a broader strategic solutions partner.

The VP Sales / Senior Sales Director will be responsible for:

• Driving expansion into new markets and territories

• Defining enterprise sales and key account strategies

• Building structure, accountability, and KPI-driven performance across Sales and Customer Success

• Partnering with Marketing to strengthen lead generation and strategic account development

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leading and scaling commercial teams, ideally within L&D, LMS, EdTech, SaaS, or a related sector.
