They’re looking for a Business Analyst with strong customer and UX focus to help translate user needs into clear product requirements that engineering teams can confidently build and deliver.

The Opportunity
This role sits at the centre of a growing digital health ecosystem spanning mobile apps, connected devices and cloud services.
Working closely with UX designers, software engineers, product managers, QA and regulatory specialists, you’ll ensure user needs are clearly understood and translated into well-structured requirements.
We’re particularly interested in someone who enjoys acting as the voice of the customer, helping shape mobile experiences that are intuitive, accessible and meaningful for users.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse customer needs, user journeys and product requirements
- Translate insights into user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder discussions
- Work closely with UX, engineering and product teams in Agile environments
- Ensure requirements are clear, testable and traceable
- Support workflow mapping, documentation and requirement traceability
- Contribute to risk management and usability considerations
- Maintain clear requirement documentation across mobile apps, cloud services and connected technologies
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst or Systems Analyst
- Strong experience gathering and translating customer requirements
- Experience working on mobile applications or digital products
- Strong customer and UX mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira or Confluence
Highly desirable:
- Consumer-facing mobile applications
- Health tech, wearable technology or connected devices
- Experience working within regulated software environments
