The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a high-growth, AI-driven organisation looking to hire an AI Orchestration Architect to sit at the intersection of advanced AI systems and business transformation.
This is a hybrid technical and strategic role focused on designing, building, and optimising agent-based AI systems(multi-agent workflows, prompt frameworks, orchestration layers) while helping the wider organisation adopt and scale AI effectively.
You’ll act as the subject matter expert on agentic systems, working cross-functionally to deliver production-grade AI solutions that drive real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Agent Architecture & Orchestration
- Design and evolve multi-agent systems, including roles, capabilities, and interaction logic
- Build modular, reusable agent components with clear protocols and guardrails
- Ensure governance, safety, and compliance across AI systems
- Continuously optimise orchestration patterns based on real-world performance
Prompt Engineering & Frameworks
- Design prompt chains for complex, multi-step workflows
- Build and maintain centralised prompt and agent libraries (versioned and testable)
- Translate business requirements into structured AI instructions
- Establish quality standards and ensure auditability
Monitoring & Optimisation
- Monitor system performance, agent behaviour, and production health
- Identify and manage emergent behaviours
- Run experiments, A/B testing, and post-mortems
- Tie improvements directly to measurable business outcomes
Enablement & Change Management
- Drive adoption of AI-native ways of working
- Deliver training on human–AI collaboration
- Redesign workflows for AI augmentation
- Act as a visible champion for AI transformation across the business
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and business units
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
- Align priorities and provide strategic input to leadership
About You
- Strong blend of technical depth and business acumen
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Systems thinker with a pragmatic, outcome-driven mindset
- Confident communicator who can influence at all levels
Experience & Skills
Experience
- 3+ years working with LLMs, AI systems, workflow automation, or applied ML
- Proven experience building AI workflows or agent-based systems in production
- Experience influencing stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
- Exposure to organisational change / transformation is a plus
Technical Skills
- Deep understanding of LLM behaviour and prompt engineering
- Experience with agent architectures / multi-agent systems
- Ability to analyse logs, metrics, and system behaviour
- Familiarity with APIs, workflow tools, and integrations
- Strong experimentation mindset with data-driven optimisation
Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience running workshops or cross-functional sessions is beneficial
