Implementation & Training Consultant

Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Implementation & Training Consultant to deliver successful software implementations across our client's technology portfolio.

You'll guide customers through the implementation journey, from planning and configuration to go-live, ensuring a smooth rollout and excellent user adoption. A key part of the role is delivering engaging customer training and onboarding, both remotely and on-site, helping users gain confidence and maximise the value of the solution. You'll also work closely with Product, Sales and Customer Success teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience delivering software implementations or customer onboarding projects.
  • Experience providing customer training, workshops or user enablement.
  • Strong customer-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of software configuration, integrations and data migration.
  • Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience using CRM or project management tools.
  • PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification is desirable.
