SQL Server Data Migration Engineer

We're looking for a skilled SQL Server Data Migration Engineer to join my client working remotely and playing a key role in delivering high-quality bespoke data onboarding and conversion projects. You will be responsible for designing and executing data migration solutions, ensuring accurate, efficient, and secure transfer of data between systems. Working closely with technical and business teams, you'll help transform and integrate data to support critical business operations.

You will be expected to -

• Design, develop, and execute data migration and conversion processes.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS and SQL Server.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Troubleshoot data issues and ensure data integrity throughout migrations.
• Have strong experience with SQL and data manipulation.
• Have proven expertise in ETL processes and SSIS.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, conversion, and onboarding projects.
• Solid understanding of data quality, validation, and reconciliation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Azure is seen highly advantageous.
