Senior Polyglot Software Engineer remote

Are you a Senior Polyglot Software Engineer with a passion for microservices and event driven architecture/design who wants to work with business-critical systems? Want to work on exciting projects within architecture and engineering?

£80-£90k base salary, once a month get togethers in London with the rest of time working remotely, circa 12.5% bonus, 10% pension contribution from client, healthcare plus much more on offer.

As a growing business (30+ hires in the next 3-6 months), this fintech organisation require 3 additional Senior Engineers to play a critical part in connecting customers with the platform.

Please apply if you have

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer (Golang preferred), preferably with some financial services exposure, with a background in building complex business applications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in multiple programming languages, with a strong emphasis on being language agnostic and polyglot. C++/Java or open source. Golang preferred.
• Proficiency in distributed systems design and architecture, with hands-on experience in building scalable and resilient systems.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and ability to guide the team in choosing the right approach.
• Expertise in SQL and experience with data access layers, ensuring efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and understanding of event buses.
• Strong understanding of software security best practices and experience in implementing secure software solutions.
