The Role

We are hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and own all internal hiring for our London & Miami offices, while partnering closely with leadership across the wider InterEx Group. This role will focus on hiring Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment+ to support our continued expansion in London & Miami.

You will be responsible for building and executing hiring strategies that attract top-performing recruitment talent, strengthening our employer brand, and ensuring InterEx remains an employer of choice within the recruitment market.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for the London office
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Recruitment Consultants through to senior hires
• Proactively source, engage, and assess experienced recruitment professionals from agency environments
• Partner with Directors and Hiring Managers to understand growth plans and forecast hiring needs
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent strategy and market insights
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
• Manage offers, negotiations, and start dates to ensure a seamless onboarding process

About You

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, within a recruitment agency environment
• Strong understanding of recruitment agency operations and performance-driven cultures
• Commercially minded with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience using Bullhorn a strong plus
