You’ll play a key part in scaling the business by building strong client partnerships and delivering top-tier contract recruitment solutions across niche tech markets.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Business Development
- Get out there and win new business through proactive outreach, networking, and smart market mapping
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients and become a trusted partner
- Negotiate fees with confidence and manage your own client portfolio
Candidate Management
- Source top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal tools
- Run sharp, effective screening calls and interviews
- Guide candidates through the full recruitment journey, from first contact to placement
Delivery & Performance
- Smash individual and team targets
- Keep CRM systems accurate and up to date
- Stay ahead of trends across ERP, CRM, Data, and wider tech markets
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3-5 years of recruitment experience (within tech)
- A proven biller who’s comfortable working to KPIs
- Strong sales instinct with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Driven, resilient, and hungry to succeed
