Marketing Programmes Manager 12m FTC

We’re seeking a commercially minded Marketing Programmes Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives for our Channel Partnership initiatives across the UK & Ireland. This is a 12 month maternity cover role is ideal for a marketer who thrives in a collaborative environment and understands how to drive joint value through channel ecosystems.

You’ll be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing programmes that generate demand, nurture leads, and support revenue growth. You’ll work closely with sales, product marketing, and our network of channel partners to co-create and execute marketing programmes that build pipeline, strengthen relationships, and grow market share.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement.
  • Co-create campaigns that align with partner go-to-market strategies and drive mutual business growth.
  • Support partner onboarding and enablement with tailored marketing toolkits, messaging, and assets.

Teamwork

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline priorities.
  • Provide partners and internal teams with marketing toolkits, collateral, and campaign support.
  • Monitor campaign performance and share insights to optimise future activity.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies (PR, design, digital) to deliver high-quality output.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners.
  • Act as a marketing liaison between InterSystems and its partner network.

Campaigns Execution

  • Plan, develop and execute integrated programs for prospect engagement and lead nurture, helping to move leads through the sales pipeline, including but not limited to a mixture of direct marketing, webinars, digital inbound and outbound, events, tradeshows, PR, content, telemarketing, and social elements.
  • Support channel partners and customers, providing appropriate marketing materials and responding to requests, to increase partner engagement and success.
  • Collaborate with inhouse digital marketing specialists to synchronise the buyers’ journey with InterSystems sales processes, i.e. Organic social media, SEO optimisation, Google AdWords, LinkedIn, YouTube advertising, etc.
  • Create and manage content across email, web, webinars, and thought leadership to support the buyer journey.
  • Support partner-led go-live milestones and customer success stories with marketing amplification.
  • Lead planning and execution of channel and DP focused events, webinars, and third-party conferences including tradeshows, conferences, seminars, webcasts, customer Go-Live milestones meetings, and User groups.
  • Gather continuously market information to ensure that the local management and supporting teams are fully apprised of opportunities for enhancing InterSystems brands.
  • Ensure the reports are provided in a timely and useful format appropriate to reviewing initiatives against prior agreed KPIs, optimizing investment and resource use, and planning future campaigns.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  • 4+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in enterprise software or with a focus on channel or partner marketing.
  • Proven success in developing and executing partner marketing programs and a strong understanding of channel ecosystems and indirect sales models.
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with marketing platforms and tools including HubSpot, Canva, Monday, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT).
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business impact through marketing with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks and to meet agreed goals and deadlines.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Strong initiative, proactive and willing to take ownership of successful projects from start to finish with a high attention to detail.
