 £27,000 per annum

We’re looking for an experienced, quality-focused PCB Rework Technician to join a small manufacturing team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reworking, repairing and modifying PCB assemblies.
• Working with SMD, PTH and BGA components.
• Using specialist soldering, rework and inspection equipment.
• Supporting quality inspections and resolving manufacturing issues.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and ESD handling.

About you:

• Previous experience in PCB assembly, soldering and rework is essential.
• Experience with SMD, PTH and BGA components.
• IPC-A-610 certification is essential.
• J-STD certification is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a changing workload.
• A flexible, proactive approach and the ability to work well within a team.

 Own transport is essential due to the location.
