PURPOSE
Interbacs are seeking a dynamic, experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) practices and must have expertise in using HubSpot. This role will be pivotal in optimising CRM strategies, Content and Copywriting/Blogs, Campaigns, SEO activities and improve overall marketing and sales performance through a demonstrable proactive approach and using proven methodologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. HubSpot CRM Management:
◦ Oversee and manage the company's HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring it is optimised and fully integrated with other tools and systems.
◦ Manage CRM data quality, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer records, lead tracking, segmentation, and reporting.
◦ Implement and manage HubSpot workflows, automation processes, and lead nurturing programs to maximise customer engagement.
2. Build & Deliver an Inbound Marketing Strategy
◦ Understand the payments market landscape
◦ Identify opportunities for growth and optimise marketing activity in areas where Interbacs are already established
◦ Measure performance throughout and make informed recommendations around new marketing activity
• Implement and manage HubSpot workflows, automation processes, and lead nurturing programs to generate MQLs
3. Data Management & Reporting:
◦ Work with Sales to analyse CRM data to provide actionable insights and reporting on customer behaviour, sales funnel performance, and campaign effectiveness.
◦ Regularly track key CRM metrics and KPIs, presenting performance data to leadership teams.
◦ Create and implement reporting dashboards within HubSpot for real-time tracking of key marketing and sales objectives.
4. SEO Optimisation
• Work with third party agency to analyse SEO data to create keyword and content strategies
• Administer company website to optimise content
• Present outcomes and activity metrics aligned to the businesses growth plans and target sectors
5. Campaign Execution & Optimization:
◦ Collaborate with Interbacs sales teams to design and execute email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer engagement campaigns using HubSpot.
◦ Ensure campaigns are properly segmented, personalized, and aligned with business objectives.
◦ Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum performance and conversion.
◦ Implement personalised communication strategies to improve engagement and retention for different customer segments
6. Team Collaboration & Training:
◦ Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Commercial, Finance) to align CRM strategies with overall business goals.
◦ Provide training and support to internal teams on HubSpot features, CRM best practices, and how to use the platform to enhance customer relationships.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
• Experience:
◦ Minimum 3 years of experience B2B Marketing, managing CRM platforms, with a strong focus on HubSpot.
◦ Proven track record of managing CRM systems for marketing, sales, or customer success teams.
◦ Experience in delivering a successful marketing strategy for a B2B software provider (ideally Finance but not essential)
• Technical Skills:
◦ Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
◦ Knowledge of CRM best practices, lead management, and segmentation strategies.
◦ Experience with integrations (HubSpot API, third-party tools, etc.) and CRM automation.
◦ Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Marketing Knowledge:
◦ Experience with inbound marketing strategies, email marketing, social media, customer lifecycle campaigns, and
◦ Understanding of customer segmentation, customer journey mapping, and retention strategies.
• Analytical Skills:
◦ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data to inform decisions and strategies.
◦ Comfortable with data reporting and using analytics tools to measure and track CRM effectiveness.
• Communication Skills:
◦ Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and report to senior leadership.
◦ Ability to explain complex CRM data and insights in a simple, understandable way.
• Preferred Qualifications:
◦ HubSpot certifications (HubSpot Marketing, HubSpot Sales, etc.)
◦ Familiarity with additional CRM plug in tools and integrations
◦ Experience with A/B testing, lead scoring, and performance optimisation
