Location: Coventry & Manchester (hybrid, with regular on-site presence at both sites)Lorien is looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to lead a key client programme, overseeing service delivery and stakeholder engagement across RPO and MSP. This is a senior, consultative role with a strong commercial and growth focus ideal for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, leading teams, and improving service performance.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you'll take ownership for client relationship management, delivery performance and account development.
- Lead and develop an on-site account team, driving high performance and service
- Build strong senior stakeholder relationships and act as an escalation
- Ensure delivery against KPIs/SLAs and drive continuous improvement across the service
- Identify and convert growth opportunities across the account (retention, expansion and new service lines)
- Maintain oversight of commercial performance (financial forecasting / budget awareness)
Location / travel
This role requires regular on-site presence 2-3 days per week, travelling between Coventry and Manchester. Travel between sites is essential.

- Senior experience within RPO/MSP programmes
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills, with credibility at exec level
- Confident people leadership
- Commercial mindset able to identify and deliver account growth opportunities
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, change-driven client environment
- Experience managing change within a client account and influencing across internal/external stakeholders
