What You'll Be Doing
- Owning your vertical market specialism within software engineering across the Manchester markets
- Building out your desk through warm client relationships, live vacancies, headhunting and strategic new business development
- Working an exclusive, committed client with trust, partnership, and real long-term opportunity
- Managing end-to-end 360 recruitment across C#, .NET and related engineering roles
- Working closely with experienced leaders who will help you shape your desk, your strategy, and your long-term development
- Collaborating with a high-performing, friendly team known for delivering quality at pace
- Adding value: market insight, account growth, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving
What We're Looking For
We want someone who is:
- Confident in communication and able to build instant rapport
- Commercially sharp, with strong judgement, curiosity and drive
- Ambitious, wanting to make a name for themselves in a specialist market
- Professional and credible, operating with a polished, understated confidence
- Experienced as a 360 Recruitment Consultant , OR a Resourcer with strong sales ability looking for progression
- Interested in the tech/software engineering landscape prior experience helpful but not essential
