Change Manager

Product & Change Lead

Manchester (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days remote) Up to £60,000 + bonus Permanent | Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Are you a commercially minded product operator who also loves driving real, tangible change? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your impact is seen across product launches, internal transformation and customer experience? If so, we want to hear from you.

We're working with a high-growth, customer-first business in the Manchester area - one that combines smart digital tools with human support to deliver a standout journey in consumer finance. Consistently rated as a world-class employer, their model is built on innovation, ambition, and a genuine care for their customers and people.

They're now looking to hire a Product & Change Lead - a versatile, delivery-focused product operator who can wear multiple hats. One week you might be launching a new ancillary product (like warranty or servicing), the next leading a cross-functional initiative to improve internal tooling or operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Launching & Scaling New Products

  • Own the end-to-end rollout of new services (e.g. warranty, breakdown, servicing)

  • Collaborate with commercial, data, tech and operations teams to define, launch and refine propositions

  • Support go-to-market plans and ensure smooth operational implementation

  • Help test new ideas, iterate rapidly and scale the ones that work

Leading Change & Driving Delivery

  • Step into high-priority initiatives across the business that need structure, pace and clear ownership

  • Lead short- and medium-term change projects - from new tools to process redesign

  • Act as a delivery lead, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring progress is unblocked

  • Provide clear, regular updates to senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years in product, change, or transformation environments

  • Hands-on experience launching products or services, ideally with a commercial lens

  • A natural organiser - structured, methodical, and calm under pressure

  • Great with people - able to bring teams together and manage communication at all levels

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across ops, tech, commercial and finance

  • Equally happy rolling up your sleeves, running a stand-up or drafting comms yourself

  • Curious, energetic and motivated by creating clarity in complexity

Why This Role Stands Out
  • Join a genuinely values-led business, named a "World-Class" company to work for by Best Companies

  • Be part of a company that combines strong digital capability with human service

  • Work on high-impact projects from day one, with real ownership

  • Hybrid working - 3 days in central Manchester office, 2 days from home

  • Salary up to £60,000 + bonus

Ready to Make an Impact?

If you're a product operator with a delivery mindset - someone who's equally at home driving customer propositions and internal transformation - this is a rare opportunity to join a progressive, people-first organisation at the right time.
